Nursing Assistant

The Nursing Assistant program fulfills the requirement of the 75 hour Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA) for the training of long-term care nursing assistants. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. Duties may include: bathing, grooming and feeding patients; obtaining and monitoring vital signs; ambulatory assistance and comfort measures. The Nursing Assistant program is taught in-person, 4 weeks, Monday — Thursday 8am-1pm and on the last 2 days of clinical 7am-3:30pm.
The cost for our Nursing Assistant program is $900 (this includes the $150 non-refundable registration application fee).
Tuition must be paid in full before students attend clinical learning experience.
